Social and Organizational Psychology

In this minor, you will explore in depth the most important methods and techniques used to analyse and understand individuals, relations, and organizations. How, for example do individual differences, team composition, and leadership affect individual, social, and organizational results? And what role do organizational and society structures and cultures play? The programme gives special attention to the evolutionary processes and intra- and intergroup processes that are involved in trust, leadership, and cooperation in society and in organisations.
