Inhoud vakThe Talent Development and Analytics course will help you prepare for
your future role as HR-professional by providing you with the ins and
outs of the Talent Development and HR-analytics field. You will learn
how to design learning activities and measure their effectiveness. More
specifically this course has two main goals:
(1) to provide students with state-of-the-art knowledge and theory about
developing talent in contemporary organizations;
(2) to provide students with the skills and knowledge necessary to work
with HR data and help them understand how this can be used to achieve
evidence based development practices. Using real-life learning and
development dilemmas and data, the course will prepare students to
become a front runner and expert in an important, yet very young field
