Inhoud vak

The study of organizational behavior refers to the study of individuals,
groups, and structures within organizations to explain why employees
behave the way they do to increase the effectiveness of organizations.
Organizations of people are complex and dynamic and the complexity of
the interactions, relationships and processes within organizations can
make them difficult to understand. The content of this course builds
upon previous coursework in the bachelor of psychology. As such, it is
assumed that basic psychological concepts are understood by students who
enroll in this course.
